Martin Voight
Owner of East Towne Ballrooms in Milwaukee, WI. Nationally recognized Pro/Am competitor, former American Style Smooth and Rhythm competitor. NADTA registered instructor in all styles and licensed adjudicator. Martin is an active community dance leader and guest lecturer/instructor with many area dance organizations such as the VCR's, UW-Madison, Ripon College, and Wild Spaces Dance Co, and a contributing supporter of the WYDE Foundation. He also is the host to the Holiday Dance Spectacular Showcase, Wisconsin's premier Christmas ballroom event.

Anton Karadzhov
Anton has been dancing International Latin and Standard for 15 years in his home country, Bulgaria. His career as a competitor started at age 13 and by age 18 he was competing in the highest class (S) of the IDSF. Anton Karadzhov has been a finalist in most of the Bulgarian DanceSport Amateur championships from 1999 to 2003. His achievements include 3rd place in the Bulgaria rank list for Standard and Latin in 1998, and 2nd place in both styles in 2000. Anton furthered his knowledge of DanceSport at the National Sports Academy, specializing in Dancesport Instruction. His studies included subjects like: functional anatomy, biomechanics, kinestherapy, sports management, and conditional preparation. In 2002, he was given the award for Highest Results in Bulgarian Dancesrport, and the same year he was invited to the International DanceSport Gala Show in Macedonia to represent his country. In 2002, he opened his own studio, "Dance Time," and worked to develop competitive couples of all ages.

Susan Sperl
Susan was an American Smooth/Rhythm semi-finalist and an American Style 9-dance runner-up with Marty and a Pro competitor in International Ballroom. She is trained in all styles and has been teaching since 1982. One of Susan’s specialties is helping wedding couples prepare for their wedding and works with the majority of our wedding couples in planning their dancing for their special day.

Connie Reeves
Connie has been teaching ballroom since 1993 and is certified as Highly Commended by the United States Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (USISTD) and the United States Terpsichore Association in American Smooth and Rhythm. She also is a NDCA and NADTA Professional. Connie formerly competed in all American Smooth and Rhythm dances and continues to do performances with Marty Voight and Anton Karadhzov. Her specialty is introducing beginning students to ballroom dance and she is available for private and group lessons and is available for training new instructors. She regularly teaches American and International styles for community centers and groups in the Madison and Milwaukee area and founded Topline Studio. Connie also serves as the Administrative Assistant for the studio and is the webmaster for the website. Connie is excited about sharing her love of dance and is taking on new students.

Faina Bursuk
Faina joined the staff of East Towne in April of 2007 and with her comes a long list of credentials. She is one of Milwaukee's leaders in children's ballroom instruction and is a part of many different dance programs city wide. Originally from Kiev, Ukrain, she holds a masters degree in Cinema and Theater Arts. From 1979 until 1992 she was a dance performer in the former USSR. She has been an influential personality on the Milwaukee ballroom dance scene since 1996. |

Andrew & Michelle Tate
Joining East Towne's teaching staff this year, Andrew and Michelle bring with them numerous national amateur titles as well as being United States International 10 dance finalists and World 10 dance representatives. Andrew and Michelle teach all styles and are also available for shows and coaching. |
